Just in time for 2009! Seriously, I'm impressed by how well you have all this set up, how thought out it is... done this before? :)
Happy New Year
meg89 ~ Let's just say that I made gobs of mistakes with my first two challenges. I won't do Feb - Dec for the 100+ until later on in the week, but I have learned to do it now. If I wait a few months, I won't have the time. Best to rip the bandage off now. ;)
Thanks for the Mr. Linky's to the challenges. I promise to try harder to remember to post my reviews. LOL
Cheryl ~ I seriously suck at maintenance work which is what I call this. I have a list of that I plan on following. I really would like to improve on this in 2009.
First day and already messed up all your work! My url above should not have the W in Watcher capitalized.. It is saying entry does not exist. I didn't want to post it twice, but don't know if you can fix it or just delete it. So sorry :(
It's day one and I'm already number 4! This is going to be crazy!
Glad to see so many people on their way to 100+!!! Love it!
Thanks for setting everything up J. Kaye. Can't you predate/schedule the monthly posts? Or won't Mr. Linky let you do that?
Ooops! I guess I wasn't supposed to put my name in the link. Sorry.
I haven't started on You Are So Undead to Me, yet. I will start reading it next. I just really wanted to read Glass.(:
-Rima
Beth F. ~ No problem. I fixed it. As far as predating, no, I can't. Mr. Linky is added to a post that has been published.
I guess if there were some clever coder, it might be possible. Clever and my name never go in the same sentence. (lol)
Just to make it clear to other participants: My first book was a short YA, which I read on New Years Day. Picked it on purpose so I could feel as if I were making progress. My second book (review to be posted tomorrow) is a graphic novel that I plan to read tonight. After that, I'll be reading some longer books and my progress will slow way down.
Sorry I screwed up in listing my 1st book can you delete entry and let me start again??
Beth F ~ I had that same thought, but my plan didn't work out so well. Too bad too...lol!
Diane ~ Sure, just post it again. It's no biggie for me, but I am sorry you are having to redo it again.
Kristi ~ I think I went over to your blog and commented, but now I can't remember. The URL is fixed. :)
I spent all yesterday and last night and today reading!!! Wonderful series, the reviews are up!
Wow, we're at 15 already, and it's only day 2. Good Job to everyone, that's impressive!
Wow...so much reading going on. Love it.
This looked like a great Challenge to join. Its nice to see alot of people joining the challenge and so many great books.
Happy New year
Cindy
Ooh this is such fun, have posted my first review of my first book for 2009 and onto no.2 Getting the hang of this Mr Linky stuff too so all is good!
Here come my first two reviews - luckily, I wasn't at work while reading The Host - I wouldn't have gotten anything done:) And my second was a flashback for childhood favorites - I wasn't sure whether to count it or not but figured it's a book, right? So up it goes!
1 down, 99 to go!
Oh my gosh! I came by to read all the reviews. There are 38! WOW! That's going to be a LOT of reading. It might take time to get to everyone. Please be patient.

Bayard's take on Sherlock was fascinating, I really enjoyed this one!
This is going to be fun. It's my first challenge ever - so here's my first review for it

I didn't realize we were supposed to put up links! Ah! I'm so new to challenges. I'm glad I found this page, haha. I've got two books up already.
I didn't know about the links either, so I put up a bunch in a row (Dicey's Song-World's Fair are all me).

My 4 (so far) are linky'd. =) #5's review needs to be written...
Drey ~ I just sent you an email. I can't comment on your blog, subscribe to the post or read the review when I click continue.
Wow, day 8 and a 99 reviews already. I'm completely enjoying myself reading some of these, and getting good ideas for books to add to my to-read list
K ~ It blows my mind!
Finally finished my first book of the year, The Other Queen by Philippa Gregory.
Bit slower than I had hoped in getting off the mark for 2009. However, first two books are completed - I will post a review of the second just as soon as I get a few moments to breathe.
My first review is posted and I'm sorry to say I was somewhat dissapointed in the book. :(
Here's my next entry for January:

Just posted my first review. This is great how you have it set up. I'm almost 100% sure I did it right!
Another book review done and entered.
Book 3 down - well on my way with book 4. How cool would it be to just do this and get paid for it? I'd weigh 500 pounds but I'd be very happy:)

Can I post my list of books read in January? I didn't write up reviews. (Bad girl, I know)
bookwormjoy ~ These links are for the reviews. If you want to make a list of books you've read for the year so far, then do that one on the sign up post. Am I making sense?
I read 16 books in january!
-Senfaye :)
I am such a dope. I was posting my first review for the year, and put my own name (Christine Zibas) instead of the title of the book ("The Night of the Gun")...is there any way to fix this? Sorry!
Christine Zibas - All corrected! :)
Doh! I forgot to post my reviews each month. I just added my January reviews. I'll get to the other months shortly.
