Just in time for 2009! Seriously, I'm impressed by how well you have all this set up, how thought out it is... done this before? :)

Happy New Year

J. Kaye Oldner said...

meg89 ~ Let's just say that I made gobs of mistakes with my first two challenges. I won't do Feb - Dec for the 100+ until later on in the week, but I have learned to do it now. If I wait a few months, I won't have the time. Best to rip the bandage off now. ;)

Cheryl said...

Thanks for the Mr. Linky's to the challenges. I promise to try harder to remember to post my reviews. LOL

J. Kaye Oldner said...

Cheryl ~ I seriously suck at maintenance work which is what I call this. I have a list of that I plan on following. I really would like to improve on this in 2009.

Kristi said...

First day and already messed up all your work! My url above should not have the W in Watcher capitalized.. It is saying entry does not exist. I didn't want to post it twice, but don't know if you can fix it or just delete it. So sorry :(

meg89 said...

It's day one and I'm already number 4! This is going to be crazy!

Beth F said...

Glad to see so many people on their way to 100+!!! Love it!

Thanks for setting everything up J. Kaye. Can't you predate/schedule the monthly posts? Or won't Mr. Linky let you do that?

Beth F said...

Ooops! I guess I wasn't supposed to put my name in the link. Sorry.

rimasbookjournal said...

I haven't started on You Are So Undead to Me, yet. I will start reading it next. I just really wanted to read Glass.(:

J. Kaye Oldner said...

Beth F. ~ No problem. I fixed it. As far as predating, no, I can't. Mr. Linky is added to a post that has been published.

I guess if there were some clever coder, it might be possible. Clever and my name never go in the same sentence. (lol)

Beth F said...

Just to make it clear to other participants: My first book was a short YA, which I read on New Years Day. Picked it on purpose so I could feel as if I were making progress. My second book (review to be posted tomorrow) is a graphic novel that I plan to read tonight. After that, I'll be reading some longer books and my progress will slow way down.

Diane said...

Sorry I screwed up in listing my 1st book can you delete entry and let me start again??

J. Kaye Oldner said...

Beth F ~ I had that same thought, but my plan didn't work out so well. Too bad too...lol!

Diane ~ Sure, just post it again. It's no biggie for me, but I am sorry you are having to redo it again.

J. Kaye Oldner said...

Kristi ~ I think I went over to your blog and commented, but now I can't remember. The URL is fixed. :)

Melody said...

Here come my first two reviews - luckily, I wasn't at work while reading The Host - I wouldn't have gotten anything done:) And my second was a flashback for childhood favorites - I wasn't sure whether to count it or not but figured it's a book, right? So up it goes!
