New Monthly Event: Reading Challenge Check-In

Beginning the first Tuesday of each month, starting in February, there will be a Reading Challenge Check-In post. Viewers participating in some of the reading challenges here asked if there would be a discussion post. This is it. Because of It's Monday! What are you reading? I didn't feel a need to have this weekly. Many viewers already use that meme to post about their progress.

Posting where we are monthly with our reading challenges will help to keep us on track - hopefully. The Monday meme has helped me to read more books in 2009. Maybe this one will help me to complete more reading challenges.

There will be a Mr. Linky provided for bloggers who wish to create their own post and link back. This doesn't have to be progress from reading challenges hosted here. You can tell us about all your reading challenges. Goodness knows I will be!

BookBlips: vote it up!

Great idea. I wish I had more time to read right now. Who knows? Perhaps this will motivate me. :]

This will be nice to check in! I haven't even had time to set up the lists yet. At least I posted the challenges.
J. Kaye I have to ask you - Have you read any of the JD Robb (alias Nora Roberts) series? I am listening to an Audio CD on Survivor in Death and it is REALLY GOOD! It is maybe the 20th in the series but the first that I have read and good enough to make me want to read the whole series. I have at least 5 other books already but I don't think I could do the whole series in one year challenge!! Anyway - if you are interested I would love to send you the audio book when I finish! Let me know - I think you would like it too.
