2011 100+ Challenge Sign Up Page

Photobucket

1. The goal is to read 100 or more books. Anyone can join. You don't need a blog to participate. --Non-Bloggers: Post your list of books in the comment section of the wrap-up post.

2. Audio, Re-reads, eBooks, YA, Manga, Graphic Novels, Library books, Novellas, Young Reader, Nonfiction – as long as the book has an ISBN or equivalent or can be purchased as such, the book counts.

3. No need to list your books in advance. You may select books as you go. Even if you list them now, you can change the list if needed.

4. Crossovers from other reading challenges count.

5. Challenge begins January 1st and continues through the end of December, 2011.

6. When you sign up under Mr. Linky, put the direct link to your post where your books will be listed. Include the URL to this post so that other viewers can find this fun challenge. If you’d prefer to put your list in the sidebar of your blog, please leave your viewers the link to the sign up page. Again, so viewers can join the challenge too.

I shocked myself last year on this challenge; 134 books, 101 of them were YA!

I love the new blog format!

I completely failed at the challenge in 2010. Looking to attempt it again.

Thanks for doing this again! I failed last year. (Only 77 books, and about six in work.) Hoping to do better this year.

Failed miserably last year, but I'm always optimistic, so I've set up my list at the bottom of my blog and linked to your sign-up page in today's post. Think I'm gonna love my Kindle ;-)

I'm in! This will be my first year, and I think I might be a record breaker. I borrow 20- 30 picture books from the library every week. Just like trying to find the time to write, I also look for any spare moment to read.

A great idea. I can't wait!

I've joined in, but only aiming for only 25 books this year. I love to read, but I'm a writer and work full time. Not too many spare hours in the day. Hopefully this challenge will keep me reading.

Trying for the first time this year.

Thanks for arranging it!

Hello! Just discovered your website while searching for blogs to follow on my newly created account. I love this concept, and coincidentally I actually decided over the holidays that I would attempt to read as many of Time Magazine's 100 Top Novels of all time, sort of as a new year's resolution. This will be fun!

gwenelle said...

I visited before but totally forgot to link up, so I'm on now :)

Mirawyn said...

As Gwenelle said, I forgot to link up!

But I've been writing them down, and I'm already at 26 books! I swear I'm going to do a better job at tracking than last year, where I totally forgot to update for two months…

Savannah said...

How fun! This is my first challenge as a new blogger. I don't read enough, so this should be a challenge indeed!

BannedLibrary said...

Just signed up, hope this works out. I am starting a little late in the game but here goes.

Hanna said...

I also believe I'm much too late, but nevertheless I signed up. I just believe it's a great idea to just count the books you're reading. Results will be really interesting, I guess.
